- Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URL
- Cookies and similar technologies: session tokens, preference cookies (see Section 5)
Market data queries
When you look up tickers or request scores, we log the query to provide the Service and improve our signal accuracy. These logs are associated with your account.

- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, alert notifications)
- Send the daily macro digest and other product emails you opt into

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records, which we retain for 7 years for tax compliance).
Score history and watchlist data visibility is governed by your subscription plan — see plan limits in our Terms of Service.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link
- CCPA (California residents): right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information (we do not sell data)

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage via Supabase, and access controls limiting who on our team can access personal data. 9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
